The $12.6 million, 67,366-square-foot Ironwood Villas Phase 1 project is comprised of six two-story multi-family housing facilities, offering 50 apartment-style dwellings for low-income families in Guam. The complex offers 25 three-bedroom units and 25 four-bedroom units. Each unit included a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, and bathrooms. This project was designed and constructed in compliance with the Americans Disabilities Act. Other amenities include a playground and a community center. This project also included a one-story reinforced concrete community center.
The owner separated the civil and vertical construction of the project. Pacific Rim was the prime contractor for all vertical structures and coordinated site and civil construction.
