NAVFAC Pacific awarded Pacific Rim the $74 million construction contract for the J-301 Consolidated Headquarters project.

Guam Telephone Landing Station No. 2
The $13.5 million contract included the construction of a two-story, 11,811-square-foot Tier III Cable Landing Station/Data Center facility at Piti, Guam. The facility has a generator room, communication equipment rooms, and administrative offices. It houses complex redundant power, telecom, fire, and HVAC systems.

Isa Villas Phase 1
The Isa Villas Phase 1 project comprised two three-story apartment buildings interconnected by a pedestrian bridge. The two multi-story facilities consisted of 27 units, with various configurations such as three-bedroom and four-bedroom apartments. Each unit has a kitchen, a dining room, and a living room.

Dusit Thani Guam Resort
Located in the heart of Tumon, the Dusit Thani Guam resort is an elegant 31-story concrete tower. The 579,000-square-foot resort is comprised of 421 luxurious guest rooms, suites, and villas equipped with modern amenities. The resort also features Guam’s largest convention center, 14 swimming pools and whirlpools, a spa, and eight dining areas. A concrete pedestrian bridge connects the hotel to the adjacent Dusit Beach Resort.

Pacific Rim renovated the two-story boutique casino with a gaming room, a restaurant, private gaming areas, a secured cage area, two hotel rooms, private gaming rooms, an IT room, a security room, administrative offices, and other support facilities.

P-710 Solar Photovoltaics Installation
Pacific Rim designed, supplied, installed, and commissioned photovoltaic (PV) systems on five buildings at Andersen Air Force Base. Each PV was roof-mounted and connected to each facility’s electrical system. Pacific Rim also installed a solar inverter, a meter/monitoring system, and a government-specified Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) system with a cybersecurity component.
