This is evident by the risk we took on when we constructed the $81 million Dusit Thani Resort as the prime contractor within two years of establishing the firm. Our lean structure allows us to maintain an agile decision-making process that allow for swift responses to emerging opportunities, and the ability to grow and expand where opportunities arise.
