Biography

As general manager. Kathleen bears the overall responsibility for the overall management and operation of Pacific Rim Constructors, the core business of Pacific Rim Group of Companies.

Kathleen began her career at Pacific Rim in 2018 as a project manager and quickly rose to operations manager and general manager. Her project management and leadership skills were instrumental in expanding Pacific Rim’s influence across CNMI and Guam.

Kathleen has over 20 years of experience in construction, having worked high-profile jobs in the Philippines, Singapore, and Guam. Kathleen has led many of Pacific Rim’s biggest projects, such as the $42 million J-017-II Utilities and Site Improvements Phase 2 Main and Commercial Gates and $74 million J-301 Consolidated Headquarters in Guam.
