Keith Stewart established Pacific Rim in 2012 from a single-room office to a multi-million-dollar development and construction company with branches in Guam and CNMI. His persistent focus on Pacific Rim’s future has made it one of the fastest-growing small businesses in Guam and CNMI, with subsidiaries and investments in multiple industries, including real estate, hospitality, food and beverage, and information technology.

Prior to establishing Pacific Rim, Keith completed over $1 billion worth of construction, development, and program management projects in the United States, Caribbean, and Guam. He has extensive experience in all facets of a project’s development, from site selection, proformas, budgeting, team formation, financing, and design through construction. Keith has worked closely with diverse corporate clients on various project types under different contracting methods, including design-build, CM/GC, program management, and fixed price. Recognized in the industry for his ability to think out of the box as well as isolate and resolve various design and compliance issues early in a project’s evolution, his aptitude and expertise are evidenced in the many successful projects he has managed.

As president and chief executive officer, Keith is responsible for all operations within the Pacific Rim Group of Companies. He leads a group of executive management and leadership focused on growing the company’s business influence in the Pacific Rim region.
