This project replaces Andersen Housing Phases VII and VIII, which were configured into three and four-bedroom duplexes, along with single-family homes. Housing features include reinforced concrete roofs, walls, frames, and floors supported by concrete spread footings. The structure is designed to withstand the Guam environment, including humidity, typhoon winds, and strong earthquakes.

Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Pacific awarded this $176,929,610 firm-fixed-price contract to Pacific Rim Constructors for the design and construction of military housing at Andersen Air Force Base (AAFB), Guam. Located in Yigo, Guam, it is expected to be completed by December 2028.
