Project Description
Located in the heart of Tumon, the Dusit Thani Guam resort is an elegant 31-story concrete tower. The 579,000-square-foot resort is comprised of 421 luxurious guest rooms, suites, and villas equipped with modern amenities. The resort also features Guam’s largest convention center, 14 swimming pools and whirlpools, a spa, and eight dining areas. A concrete pedestrian bridge connects the hotel to the adjacent Dusit Beach Resort.
This project also included a 249,000-square-foot industrial-style concrete parking structure that can house 770 vehicles.
