Five units were designed and constructed in compliance with the Americans Disabilities Act. This project included sustainable features, such as water-efficient plumbing fixtures, a designated area to store recyclable items, low-emissive roofing products applied to at least 50 percent of the roof surface, low-emissive pavement coatings and materials for at least 25 percent of the paved surfaces, and many more.
Site development included roadways, parking areas, and underground utilities.
