Project Description

 The Ironwood Villas Phase 2 project comprised six two-story affordable housing apartments with 88 units. The 82,698-square-foot complex offers ten one-bedroom units, 68 two-bedroom units, ten three-bedroom units, and ten four-bedroom units. Each apartment included a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, and bathrooms. This project was designed and constructed in compliance with the Americans Disabilities Act.

This project included sustainable features, such as water-efficient plumbing fixtures, a designated area to store recyclable items, low-emissive roofing products applied to at least 50 percent of the roof surface, low-emissive pavement coatings and materials for at least 25 percent of the paved surfaces, and many more.

Site development included roadways, parking areas, and underground utilities.
