The Isa Villas Phase 1 project comprised two three-story apartment buildings interconnected by a pedestrian bridge. The two multi-story facilities consisted of 27 units, with various configurations such as three-bedroom and four-bedroom apartments. Each unit has a kitchen, a dining room, and a living room. 

This project comprised sustainable features, such as a solar panel for each unit designed to provide preheated water to residences throughout the year and an open green space for community gatherings. 

Site development included new roads, a parking lot, and utilities. Pacific Rim is also the facility manager of this property.
