Pacific Rim’s specialty is delivering built facilities in remote location, such as Guam and the CNMI. Having robust in-house capabilities is a pivotal asset; it sets us apart and contributes significantly to project success.
Pacific Rim has 220 employees, including 136 craftspersons. Our craft workforce can self-perform civil and site utilities, demolition, concrete and reinforcing, masonry, steel, carpentry, roofing, doors and windows, finishes, specialties, kitchen & specialty equipment, furnishings, pools, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work. Our in-house capabilities encompass a broad spectrum of construction activities, allowing us to maintain greater control over project timelines, quality, and costs. By directly employing skilled professionals, craftsmen, and specialized teams, we ensure that crucial elements of the construction process are managed efficiently and to the highest standards. We also reduce dependence on external subcontractors, resulting in increased flexibility and adaptability during project execution, mitigating the risk of cost overruns, and gaining better control over project budgets.
Our self-performance approach empowers us to uphold rigorous quality control measures. Our dedicated quality control teams work closely with in-house crews, ensuring that construction activities adhere to the highest industry standards. This proactive quality management contributes to a diminished likelihood of rework, thereby enhancing overall project outcomes.
Our self-work capability aligns with our overarching goal of delivering projects on time and within budget while surpassing quality expectations. This approach not only underscores our confidence in the expertise of our in-house teams but also emphasizes our dedication to providing a comprehensive and integrated construction solution. It reflects our determination to deliver excellence, maintain control over critical project components, and ultimately exceed the expectations of our clients.
