This project replaces Andersen Housing Phases VII and VIII, which were configured into three and four-bedroom duplexes, along with single-family homes. Housing features include reinforced concrete roofs, walls, frames, and floors supported by concrete spread footings. The structure is designed to withstand the Guam environment, including humidity, typhoon winds, and strong earthquakes.

Typhoon Mawar Repairs were conducted for the Chapel Center in Naval Base Guam. Pacific Rim was tasked to perform repair and replacement tasks essential to restoring the Navy mission capability of the Chapel Center.
